Hello, we are Rob & Ale, owners of Hidden Gem Traveling Bar and proud parents of two little girls. Our story began in 2007. After gaining 12+years experience as a Mixologist at some of Vegas’ hottest, well-known bar and nightlife establishments, we felt it was time to take the show on the road. Literally!
We’ve always dreamed of working together and being our own bosses.
Hidden Gem was the perfect match to showcase our love for gatherings and creating delicious, fun and unique craft cocktails. In 2021, we decided to take a leap of faith to make our dream happen.
Because we've always been drawn to Old Hollywood Glam and Vintage Elegance, this naturally became the design inspiration for our Trailer bar. We hope you enjoy what we’ve created and look forward to hosting your next event. Salud!

You'll receive a simplified liquor shopping list for purchase. We’ll provide all mixers, garnishes, cups and premium bar essentials for a seamless setup.
REFINED PREPARATION
STEP 3
We arrive two hours prior to service to thoughtfully build and style your bar. From there our expert mixologist will deliver elevated, attentive service throughout your event. We ensure a discreet, complete breakdown once the experience concludes.
